All organizations have their ways of doing things, sometimes very different from what might be normal in other organizations. So, it's always useful to set the stage, get everyone on the same page, off on the right foot (whatever simile, metaphore, or coloquialism you want to use). That's what this section is for. If we've done this right, after reading this section you'll know what we expect of you, you'll know what we offer in return, and what we'll all do together.
While we're here for all apprentices to learn new skills, gain experience in making games, and generally understand what a Game Developer is, we're not a class.
This is important: While we are an official program of Warren Tech, as long as you are at 3to1 Games, you are not in a class, you are at work!
